Children of the Nations Uganda (COTN)
Founded in 2006, this ministry is a subsidiary of Children of the Nations International (COTNI) founded by Rev. Chris and Debbi Clark based in Silverdale, Washington, USA. COTN-Uganda founded by Pr. James and Agnes Okalo Ekwang supports orphans and destitute children affected by the insurgency in Northern Uganda with grants from COTNI. Over 900 children are being cared for in children's homes, schools and sustainable projects such as poultry, dairy, apiary and crop production.

Truth Vocational and Technical Institute
Founded in 2013, this institute offers practical skills training to school dropouts in fields such as carpentry, tailoring, and mechanics to empower them for a brighter future.

Crown of Glory Ministry
Founded in 2016 by Laura, Jim Kress and Shane Wallace based in Thayer, Missouri, U.S.A., it distributes meals and hygiene packs to vulnerable community members, including lepers and the elderly. The ministry also provides water wells to communities with the poorest access to clean and safe water.
Eye Camp
The eye camp offered free eye care to 1,400 individuals, conducting exams and distributing 1,000 pairs of glasses to those in need, restoring vision and hope to many lives.

Truth Fountain My Sister's Keeper (MSK) Project
This project empowers former sex workers and child mothers by offering counseling, skills training, and spiritual support to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope for the future.
